Hi

I have read PMI code of conduct for the exam but finding it bit lengthy anybody has short notes or had made points for simplifying the understanding that code of conduct

I think you won't get direct questions from PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. You need to understand the spirit of that code, and be able to apply that on situational questions. I've mentioned some guidelines on this other discussion:

Answering ethics/code of conduct questions in exam is easy. Just think of PM as some kind of angel and keeping that in mind choose the answer.
So when a question has 4 choices, choose the one which is least practical or the most ideal condition which only an angel will do.

I agree 100% with @aliweb

Always go by the rules. Report even the smallest incidents of fraud, cheating, bribery etc. (which violate company policies, or government rules), even if the person involved is your real brother or sister. Do not fall for the options that say "strongly reprimand / warn / advise the person involved ...". Instead choose options that say report the person to the company's ethical committee / higher management / police / authorities.
