PMP exam eligibility

Recently, I received a call from PMI, India informing me to take the PMP exam before July 11th 2016, but even when I told her that my eligibility is until November 2016, she told me that PMI takes the 1 year duration from the time the application has been generated. Is this information true ? If it is, why then is my eligibility until November 2016?

Hi @bsv0572

After your application is approved, you receive an email from PMI informing you about the same and telling you that you can make the payment. In that email, it also states the eligibility expiry date. If that date is in Nov 2016, then write to customercare@pmi.org and ask them to clarify.
