Resource Calendar - RBS

Hi,

There is input of resource calendar in Estimate Activity Resources. Till the planning part while development of PM plan it is only we are determing how many and what skill type of resources are required. Assuming we still have not hired some of the resources then why resource calendar is required to be input in Estimate Activity Resources. Any inputs please..

Planning is an iterative process. The Planning and Executing processes can and do overlap. Do not make the common mistake of thinking that execution starts only after all the planning is complete.
