Is it necessary to complete the prep course before attending the 4 days boot camp for all the PMP trainers?

Not all course providers have a separate prep course. Most usually start with a classroom training (or Boot Camp) and give handout material to read after the course. There are some that require you to complete their online prep course to get your 35 contact hours and apply for the exam before you appear for the boot camp.

It would be best to call the course providers and clarify with them directly.

Can you suggest some trainer who does not mandate prep course before attending the boot camp?

I'm not based in the US, and do not have first hand experience with any US based course provider. I do know quite a few in Singapore. Hope other members can help you on this.
