If too many stakeholders have signed the project charter then what shoud Project manager should be really worried about?
-a-Who will be a member of the change control board?
-b-Who are the stakeholders for the project?
-c- Determining the reporting structure.
-d-Need to spend more time on configuration management.

Did you get an answer? I think it is c (reporting structure) is the best.

The right answer is D.Having many SH singing the charter means there is many functional requirements are needed to be addressed which what the configuration system is all about. Also report structure rely to the configuration system.
