Does exam contains questions outside PMBOK

Hello,
I saw a question on sample question bank which is not touched upon in PMBOK. It was related to :
Situational leadership model as defined by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard

How much chances are there where out of book questions like this comes.

However, this is mentioned in eRead section

Undoubtedly, the PMP exam contains questions not covered in the PMBOK Guide, but no one knows whether those questions are actually counted. They could be part of those 25 pretest questions. You may still want to get a high level overview of such topics.

There's a thread about "questions outside the PMBOK Guide" by @hi2shrads somewhere on this forum. It points to a few more such topics.
